I would take a collaborative and structured approach to working with students to create engaging content. First, I’d host a kickoff event to introduce the campaign, share content guidelines, and brainstorm ideas with student creators. I’d recruit students who are active on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring a mix of creative styles.To keep content flowing, I’d create a shared content calendar where students can sign up for different types of posts—such as study tips, relatable campus moments, or academic challenges—ensuring variety and consistency. I’d also provide editing support and feedback to help students refine their content while keeping it authentic and fun.For engagement, I’d encourage students to cross-promote content in campus groups and study communities, leveraging their networks to maximize reach. Lastly, I’d track performance metrics, celebrate top-performing content, and adjust strategies to keep improving engagement and views.

I have worked with several on-campus events and organizations, primarily in the areas of tech, innovation, and student engagement. As a co-lead for IoT at GDG and a program manager for the Hubiquitous IoT training program, I have organized and moderated sessions to train students on emerging technologies. I have also been actively involved with IEEE at DeKUT, where I helped organize workshops, mentorship programs, and humanitarian projects like the Ngamwa Solar Afya initiative. Additionally, I have participated in and helped promote hackathons, such as DeKUT Hack and the IEEE Xtreme Programming Competition, ensuring student involvement through outreach and engagement strategies. These experiences have given me strong leadership and event management skills, which I can bring to the Gauth Campus Creator role.

I have experience with crypto from both a user and community engagement perspective. I understand how crypto rewards work, the value of early adoption in testing phases, and how to get people excited about earning through simple daily actions.
