Growing up in California, my skin was not ready for the harsh cold of New York City Winters. The skin on my face was cracking and becoming raw and irritated. The worst of it happened to the skin around my eyes. It became very uncomfortable. So I went to my local Credo (clean beauty store) and asked them for their suggestions on products that would help. They suggested a few Kinship products. These products have stayed a part of my skincare regimen to this day. As someone new to clean beauty, after I saw how much these products helped, I decided to change both my skincare and makeup to clean beauty. After, I told my mom about my change to clean beauty and the harsh reality of the ingredients in our products. She now shops at Credo. I also told my aunts, cousins, and friends. For the past few years, I have tried to be more environmentally conscious, so when I learned about how clean beauty is not only good for you but for the environment too, I started to share the information with all those around me. I have gotten quite a few people to switch out their past products for more clean and conscious products.

What I think would be helpful is to target student through their schools career center. I know the one at my school sends out email regarding new programs, so this would be a great way to reach the whole student body. I would also create a TikTok challenge for college students. This will help spread awareness of the brand to multiple college campuses.

I am a huge fan of HBO Max because of the number of hubs on the platform like Tuner Classic Movies and Studio Ghibli. I also love to rewatch the old Teen Titan cartoons.
