How do you create FOMO and social proof?
I would create FOMO and social proof by creating content that creates urgency and scarcity. For example, telling people that it's running out quickly. Another way of creating FOMO and social proof is to show the positive results of others. Lastly I would try to collab with influencers since it would give more views.

If a customer left a negative review how would you respond?
I would stay professional, thank them for their feedback, and look into the problem to see if it can be fixed.
