by creating highly relatable, native content around everyday productivity problems, quick product demos, and authentic founder-led videos, posting multiple times per day to test and learn fast. I’d lean into trends, engage heavily in comments, and iterate weekly based on what drives retention and shares. Success would be measured through views, watch time, engagement, follower growth, and clicks or signups driven from TikTok.
