Please share any relevant social media management experience and how you defined success in the role.
During my marketing internship, much of my responsibilities included creating content for the arena's social media sites. I spent a lot of time understanding and researching exactly what graphic styles/wording interested our audiences the most. In terms of success, I feel as though the amount of engagement can allow someone in a social media management position to grasp just how successful their posts/work is.
