Honestly what works really well now are ads that aren't seen as ads. Popular trends now are "day in my life" slideshows on tiktok, where you can feature the bio.me fibers as part of the daily routine but also show the rest of the routine. Slideshow format OR video format can both work, however, the reason why I suggest a slideshow format is because slideshows cater to people with all sorts of attention spans, while videos can lose people's interests if the pacing is not done correctly. The "day in the life" will also be best if it features the life of a student or someone who is always busy; this is because I'm assuming the product caters more (but not exclusively) for those who don't often have the time to consume or prepare all the fiber they need throughout the day, and so you want to appeal to your main demographic first.
