You don't like the product, how do you proceed with this gig? Who do you notify and what steps do you take?
Even if I don't like the product, I will continue to use it for however long specified by the company. Then I will mention it to the product testing coordinator. After receiving feedback, I will do as told with the product testing and review.

¿What is one important thing you look or search before buying a product?
I always look up a product's reviews before purchasing a new product, especially if I am unfamiliar with the brand. In reviews I always look for honesty, efficiency, and comments regarding the quality and performance of the product, to determine whether or not it is worth the price.

¿Do you think reviews are a key factor before purchasing a product?
Reviews are definitely a crucial factor before purchasing a product. By reading or watching an unbiased and honest review I can get a sense of whether or not a product is worth my time and money.
More importantly it is important for me to see somebody who looks like me (brown) trying out beauty products to get an idea of what it will look and perform like on me. This may sound silly but I believe in color theory, white casts and hypopigmentation. So as a person of color I look for people of color approval in a product review.
