I engage my community by leading with the why — most women have spent their whole lives being told their mood swings and fatigue are just "being emotional," when really, there's a hormonal pattern behind all of it that nobody ever taught us. That lack of education is genuinely harmful. When I frame it that way, people lean in — because it resonates. Then Lisah becomes less of a product pitch and more of a tool that finally fills a gap women didn't even know they were missing.
