Do you feel stronger creating static posts (single photos or photo carousels), video content, or both? Why?

Video. I feel strongest creating video content because it allows me to tell a fuller story and show how a piece actually lives on the body throughout the day. With video, I can capture movement, texture, styling transitions, and real-life moments, which makes the content feel more authentic and relatable. That said, I often pair video with strong static posts. Carousels are great for outfit details, close-ups, and saving or shopping inspiration, while video drives discovery and engagement. Using both together lets me create content that performs well and feels intentional, with video as the anchor and static images as the supporting visuals.

How would you create Nuuly content in your everyday college life? Walk us through how you’d style and showcase one Nuuly rental across a full day (ex: class, errands, going out).

I would treat one Nuuly rental as the anchor piece of my entire day and show how it effortlessly adapts as my schedule shifts. For example, I’d start the morning styling a Nuuly statement blazer or dress for class. I’d film a quick mirror clip while getting ready, coffee in hand, showing how I style it casually, maybe layered over a tank with sneakers or loafers. I’d capture short clips walking across campus, sitting in class, studying at the library, or grabbing coffee with friends, highlighting how comfortable and wearable the piece feels in real life, not just for photos. Midday, I’d transition the same Nuuly piece for errands or meetings by swapping accessories, adding a belt, changing shoes, or throwing on a tote. I’d film quick lifestyle moments like walking to Trader Joe’s, running errands, or working on my laptop, with text overlays showing how one rental can work for multiple parts of the day. In the evening, I’d restyle the same Nuuly piece for going out, whether that’s dinner, a campus event, or a night out with friends. I’d show the transformation by changing hair, shoes, and jewelry, and capture low light clips, movement shots, and outfit details to show how elevated the look feels. Throughout the content, I’d focus on storytelling. I’d emphasize how Nuuly fits into real college life, from busy days to spontaneous plans, and how renting allows me to experiment with trends without overbuying. The goal would be to make Nuuly feel aspirational but practical, like your go-to closet for whatever the day turns into.
