Slow loading times were plaguing a website I was working on, causing high bounce rates. I tackled the issue head-on by optimizing images, minifying files, enabling browser caching, and implementing lazy loading for non-essential content.

How do you approach user feedback in the design process?
I highly value user feedback in the design process. Ultimately, the features are being implemented to help the user so their opinions and feedback hold the utmost importance in my eyes.
