Interview Questions
Fanbravo
Festival Partnerships Outreach Intern

What is your favorite genre of music?
My favorite genre of music is hip-hop/R&B because I like music with strong energy, rhythm, and personality. I also listen to other genres depending on the mood, but that’s probably the one I come back to most.

What experience do you have with social media outreach?
I have strong experience with outreach through customer-facing roles, communication-based work, and business environments where building trust and engaging people effectively matters. Since I’m in finance and business, outreach is already a normal part of how I think. It is not just about sending messages, it is about understanding the audience, communicating value clearly, and getting people to actually respond.
My customer service experience has also helped me a lot here because it taught me how to read people, stay professional, and keep interactions smooth even in fast-paced settings. I’m confident in my ability to represent a brand well, start conversations that feel natural, and turn interest into real engagement.

How would you convince a band to join Fanbravo?
I would focus on the direct value to the band: Fanbravo gives them a simple way to turn fan attention into real support while also growing engagement around their music. I would explain it as an easy, low-friction platform where fans can show love financially, the band can strengthen its connection with its audience, and sharing it on social media can create both momentum and another income opportunity.
I’d also make the pitch feel personal, not generic. I would tailor the message to the band’s audience, explain why the platform makes sense specifically during a festival like Tortuga, and keep the focus on how easy it is to sign up, build a profile, and start benefiting from fan interaction right away. The goal would be to make it feel like a smart opportunity for them, not just another platform asking for attention.
