I use spreadsheets and CRM tools to maintain up-to-date records for each contact, including notes, dates, and next steps. I prioritize tasks by deadlines and importance, set reminders for follow-ups, and regularly review my lists to ensure nothing is overlooked. This approach allows me to efficiently manage multiple contacts, maintain accuracy, and ensure timely communication.
