Can you describe a time when your feedback influenced a product or service?
I enjoy being part of closed beta releases for exciting tech. One example is extra.email, where my feedback for specific bugs that only occur on the web-app version of their product brought to light critical control flows (click through was broken) which were then raised as a bug and subsequently fixed. I also used to work as an open source maintainer and feedback or issues raised by the community are critical for product progress.

What motivates you to participate in user interviews?
I enjoy being asked about seemingly normal parts of my day - it helps me be more aware of my own habits and preferences and gives me a chance to explore and discuss a variety of interesting topics!
