The first step, and also the most important step is to understand the customer's interests. Ask questions to learn about their preferences, concerns, and what exactly are they looking for. After I have gained some insight, I can introduce Moon Juice products and how they may solve their concerns. If applicable, I can also share my personal experience and how much Moon Juice made a positive impact on my life. And finally, I will let the customer explore the products at their own pace.

One way to engage with new Moon Juice consumers is to organize in-store sampling events at Ulta stores. Team members (such as myself) can interact directly with customers, offering them the opportunity to try Moon Juice products. This hands-on experience not only allows potential consumers to experience the products but also provides a platform for them to share information about the brand, its benefits, and the transformative effects of Moon Juice offerings.
