My favorite streaming platform is Netflix simply because it brings me closer to my friends and family. In a world where everyone has Netflix, it's easy to have a conversation with others: all you got to do is talk about your favorite show or movie -there's at least one person who would have watched it. Netflix is a platform that has amazing films but also brings us together, creating it's own sort of cinematic entertainment.

Wellness is about feeding your self healthily, exercising and having a mental balance. Wellness does not necessarily have to be doing an intense exercise routine or eating salads everyday. It's about engaging in a routine that is pleasurable, healthy, doable and not overwhelming.
