How do you measure the success of a social media campaign?

I measure the success of a social media campaign by evaluating both engagement and conversion-focused metrics, depending on the campaign’s goals. On the engagement side, I look at metrics such as reach, impressions, likes, comments, shares, saves, and engagement rate to understand how well the content is resonating with the target audience. I also consider audience growth and demographic insights to see whether the campaign is attracting the right users over time. Beyond engagement, I also focus on performance indicators that show real impact, such as outbound clicks, website traffic, and conversions when applicable. For example, using data from tools like Instagram Insights, Pinterest Analytics, and Google Analytics, I would assess whether the campaign is successfully driving users to take action beyond social media.

What digital marketing tools are you most comfortable using?

I have a strong foundation in creative and strategic marketing tools. For content creation, I am most comfortable using Canva for creating visually engaging social media content, marketing graphics, and promotional materials. I also have experience with Pinterest Analytics, where I understand how to interpret key performance metrics such as impressions, saves, and outbound clicks to evaluate content reach, engagement, and how effectively content drives traffic. I have a conceptual understanding of how Instagram Insights and Google Analytics are used to evaluate digital performance. For Instagram Insights, I understand how metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement rate, and audience demographics are used to analyze post effectiveness and optimize content strategy. For Google Analytics, I understand its role in tracking website traffic, user behavior, conversion paths, and campaign performance across channels. In addition, I regularly use Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft 365 for organizing data, collaborating with teams, and presenting insights in a clear and structured way.
