When our ice machine broke during a rush at Dunkin’, customers became frustrated as we couldn’t prepare their iced drinks as expected. I stayed calm, quickly assessed the situation, offered alternatives to customers, and coordinated with my team to keep the line moving, which eased customer concerns and kept service running smoothly.
