What role do you play in a group setting? (leader, introvert, strategist)
I consider myself an introvert because I tend to prefer one-on-one interactions. However, I am also quite adaptable. In group settings, I tend to step up to be a leader, guiding the group towards achieving a common objective, in a way that feels most genuine and democratic as possible. I make sure that everyone has a chance to speak and contribute because I believe projects and creative processes can only benefit from more input and ideas/solutions.
