What interests you most about retail sales and operations in a consumer brand?
What interests me most about retail sales and operations in a consumer brand is the connection between the customer experience and the brand itself. Working at Sephora for two years really showed me how strong retail operations can directly shape how people view and trust a brand. I enjoyed helping customers find products that made them feel confident, and I loved seeing how good organization, product knowledge, and teamwork helped create that experience.

How do you stay organized when managing multiple contacts and follow-ups?
I like to stay organized by keeping everything tracked and prioritized. I usually use a mix of digital tools and simple routines, for example, I’ll use a spreadsheet or an excel sheet tracker to log contacts, key details, and follow-up dates. I also set reminders or calendar alerts so nothing slips through the cracks. I make it a point to review my list daily and check in on upcoming follow-ups.

What experience do you have with beauty or lifestyle brand content?
I have two years of experience working at Sephora, where I learned a lot about beauty products, trends, and how to connect with customers through authentic recommendations. That experience really helped me understand what kind of content resonates in the beauty and lifestyle space, things that feel aspirational but still relatable. Outside of work, I love promoting and sharing brands I genuinely enjoy, especially when I visit new Pilates or yoga studios.
