How do you define and measure success for a social media account?
I set pre-defined goals and attempt to push myself beyond them.

Can you walk us through a successful social media campaign you've managed in the past?
I ran a successful Black History Month campaign on my book review page where we updated posts twice a week with new and unique ideas for each post as well as daily story polls and surveys from our audience.

How do you stay updated on the latest social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies?
I spend a good chunk (almost 8 hours) of my day on social media updating and following trends and adding unique twists to my own posts. For example, if a trend is about "books that relate to you" I would spin it by saying something like "books for specific moods" with funny/witty captions.
