If you were responsible for bringing new users 20/m new user on to Uber one how would you do it?
To acquire 20 million new users for Uber One, I’d implement a multi-channel growth strategy. First, I’d leverage targeted influencer partnerships and social media campaigns to highlight the cost savings and exclusive perks of membership. Second, I’d introduce strategic discounts, such as a free trial or limited-time offers, to lower the barrier to entry. Third, I’d enhance referral incentives, rewarding both new users and existing members for bringing in friends. Finally, I’d collaborate with high-traffic partners, like airlines, event platforms, and popular food chains, to bundle Uber One with complementary services, driving organic adoption.
