How do you approach engaging with customers in a wellness product demonstration setting?
I approach it the same way I do street marketing: make it fun, approachable, and interactive. My goal is always to create a moment, not just a sales pitch. I usually start by reading the energy of the space if people seem curious, I open with a quick, friendly line like “Have you tried this yet?” If they seem hesitant, I make it low pressure and relatable by sharing my own experience with the product. From street marketing, I learned how to draw people in without being pushy. I focus on creating a vibe smiles, eye contact, and giving just enough information to spark interest. For wellness products specifically, I keep the message simple: what it is, why I personally like it, and how it can fit into a busy lifestyle. People connect more when you speak from experience instead of sounding overly scripted.

How would you plan a wellness event?
I would plan a wellness event by first identifying the audience and the goal whether it’s promoting healthy habits, introducing a product, or creating a relaxing, community-focused experience. I’d start with a clear theme and agenda, incorporating interactive elements like product sampling, mini workshops, or fitness demos to keep attendees engaged. Next, I’d coordinate logistics: venue setup, signage, giveaways, and scheduling so everything flows smoothly. I’d also leverage social media before, during, and after the event to build excitement and extend engagement. Most importantly, I’d make sure the experience feels welcoming, energizing, and informative so attendees leave feeling inspired, connected, and with actionable wellness takeaways.

Share a little about your interest in fitness on campus.
I’m really interested in fitness on campus because I see it as more than just working out it’s a way to build community, manage stress, and keep myself grounded while balancing classes and everything else going on. I love learning new routines, trying group workouts, and finding fun ways to stay active with friends. Staying consistent with fitness helps my mental health, energy, and overall confidence, and I enjoy encouraging others to take care of themselves too.
