How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
I believe an accessible up-to-date calendar that can be accessed by everyone but updated only by a few. With this online calendar (Google Calendar works well) you can set reminders the day before for those who need an extra reminder. I would also ask that members should update me on an major changes/completion of tasks just to maintain an effective means of communication!
