Pinch
Influencer Marketing Coordinator

What social media platform do you believe is best for Pinch's audience and why?
I believe Instagram is the best platform for its audience because it’s highly visual and ideal for showcasing food, drinks, and lifestyle content. Instagram allows for high-quality photos, short-form videos, Reels, and Stories, which are perfect for engaging users with recipes, product highlights, and behind-the-scenes moments. Additionally, Instagram’s strong influencer ecosystem makes it easier to collaborate with creators whose audiences align with Pinch’s target demographic. Its interactive features: polls, stickers, and shoppable posts also allow direct engagement and conversion, making it both a marketing and community-building tool. If needed, TikTok could complement Instagram for viral, short-form content, but Instagram remains the most versatile platform for building a consistent and visually appealing brand presence.

How would you find influencers to work with pinch?
To find influencers to work with Pinch, I would start by clearly defining the brand’s target audience, values, and campaign goals. Knowing who we want to reach and what message we want to communicate is the foundation for effective influencer selection. Next, I would research influencers across relevant platforms using hashtags, keywords, and social listening tools. I would evaluate potential collaborators based on content style, engagement rate, audience demographics, and authenticity rather than just follower count. The goal is to find influencers whose voice and personality naturally align with Pinch’s brand identity. I would also consider micro-influencers or niche creators, as they often have highly engaged audiences and can generate meaningful connections with the community. Finally, I would create a shortlist and prioritize personalized outreach, highlighting why Pinch is a good fit for them and the mutual value of collaboration. My approach balances data-driven research with authentic relationship building, ensuring that each partnership strengthens the brand’s presence and credibility.
