How would you bring Red, White & Blueberry into your actual summer? Be specific — where you’ll be, what you’re doing, and how the product naturally fits into those moments.
I’d bring Red, White & Blueberry into my summer as part of how I actually move through the season. Pilates in the mornings, Dallas and Fort Worth days, spontaneous plans, and always being outside doing something.
On weekdays, I’m starting with Pilates, then easing into the day getting ready, filming content, running around, and just keeping it light and active. That’s where it naturally fits in post-workout, in-between moments, and while I’m on the go.
On weekends, it’s full Texas summer energy pool days, BBQ cookouts, music playing, friends around, and long afternoons that turn into nights. Red, White & Blueberry would just be part of that table, part of the vibe, part of those “we’ve been outside all day” moments.
For July 4th, it’s Pilates in the morning, then a real Texas cookout with good barbecue, good food, and everyone outside all day leading into fireworks at night. It’s a full summer day from start to finish.
And I’d also bring it into game-day moments this summer like heading to a Spurs game in San Antonio during their Finals run, grabbing a refreshing Red, White & Blueberry before heading to the arena, and turning it into that pre-game energy and road trip moment.
Overall, it’s not about forcing the product it’s just part of the lifestyle: active mornings, fun afternoons, spontaneous plans, and nights that turn into memories.

Show us your content! Link 2–3 TikToks/Reels that best represent your content creation style. What makes your content feel real and engaging?
What makes my content feel real and engaging is that I share experiences as they're actually happening. Whether I'm trying a new Pilates class, exploring Dallas, discovering a great food spot, or documenting a fun summer adventure, my audience gets to experience it with me instead of feeling like they're watching an advertisement.
I focus on storytelling, personality, and genuine reactions. People connect with content that feels natural, relatable, and unscripted, and that's what I aim to create. My audience follows me because they know they're getting an authentic look at my life, my experiences, and the things I'm genuinely excited about

Walk us through your process for creating a 30-second Reel — from concept to final edit. What’s your typical turnaround time?
My process for creating a 30-second Reel starts with understanding the brand goal and translating it into a simple, scroll-stopping concept. I usually begin by identifying one clear hook or problem within the first 1–2 seconds—something relatable, visually interesting, or curiosity-driven so it immediately captures attention. From there, I script a loose structure rather than a word-for-word script. I map out a beginning (hook), middle (value or story), and end (call-to-action or payoff). I keep it simple because short-form content performs best when it feels natural and not overproduced.Next is filming. I shoot in a way that gives me flexibility in editing—multiple angles, close-ups, and clean lighting so I can build momentum in the edit. I usually film everything in one session once I have the concept locked in.For editing, I focus heavily on pacing, cuts, and retention. I use quick transitions, text overlays, and audio that matches the tone of the brand. I also make sure the first 3 seconds are strong enough to stop scrolling and that the video stays visually dynamic throughout. Before finalizing, I review it with a “viewer test”—would I keep watching this if I saw it on my own feed? If not, I adjust pacing or tighten cuts.My typical turnaround time is 24–72 hours depending on complexity, but I can work faster for time-sensitive campaigns or batch content.
