how do you balance being proactive with being reactive? Can you give an example of a time when you maintained your focus on planning and execution, even when things were moving quickly around you?

Balancing proactive and reactive tasks requires flexibility and focus. In my role as a Gymnastics Coach, I often had to stick to a planned curriculum while also responding to unexpected challenges, such as student injuries or changes in class dynamics. I maintained focus on planning by creating lesson plans in advance and preparing for various scenarios. However, when something unexpected happened, like a student needing extra attention or a change in the schedule, I quickly adapted by adjusting the lesson and ensuring that all students’ needs were met. This ability to stay on track while remaining flexible helped me deliver successful coaching sessions despite the fast-paced environment.

To organize and schedule content across multiple social media platforms, I start by creating a content calendar to map out upcoming posts and deadlines. I use Trello to break down tasks and keep track of progress, ensuring that each post is completed on time. For content creation, I rely on Canva, and for scheduling, I use tools like HubSpot or Mailchimp to plan posts in advance. This approach helps me stay organized, maintain consistency across platforms, and ensure that all content is aligned with marketing goals.

Can you describe a time when you had to manage multiple projects or deadlines at once? How did you prioritize and ensure that everything was completed on time?

In my role as an Office Administrator at Kingsway Real Estate, I frequently managed multiple tasks, such as handling financial transactions, updating listings, and curating marketing content. To prioritize, I used tools like Google Calendar and Trello to organize deadlines and stay on track. I focused on high-priority tasks, like client inquiries, first, while scheduling time for other projects. When urgent marketing updates came up, I adapted by adjusting my schedule and delegating tasks. This approach allowed me to meet all deadlines and ensure smooth office operations.
