This existing organic adoption makes them a perfect partner for gigs like creating official templates for students, running campus workshops, or acting as brand ambassadors, which provides incredible value to both the students and the company.

I handle difficult customer interactions by first actively listening to fully understand their frustration and validate their concern. Then, I take immediate ownership of the problem and focus on finding a clear, actionable solution to regain their confidence.
