Can you share a previous experience where you provided exceptional customer service in a high-traffic event setting?
Yes! I have 4 years of experience in customer service at a highly rated mini golf course. When guest levels get too high, I am instructed to pause sales for 5-10 minutes. However, this can usually be disappointing for guests waiting. To help this, I engage in small talk and share stories to help the time go by quicker.
