What’s your experience with creating fitness or wellness-related content?

My experience with fitness-related content mainly comes from creating gym-focused digital content. I have worked on producing short-form videos that highlight gym workouts, fitness routines, and motivational fitness visuals. While creating this content, I focused on making the videos engaging by using AI tools, video editing techniques, and strong visual storytelling. I also experimented with AI-generated visuals and cinematic angles to make workout scenes look more dynamic and appealing for social media platforms like YouTube Shorts. My goal was to create content that not only looks visually attractive but also motivates viewers toward a healthy and active lifestyle. Through these projects, I gained experience in planning fitness visuals, editing workout clips, creating engaging thumbnails, and managing content for online audiences. This helped me understand what kind of fitness content captures attention and performs well on digital platforms.

To effectively show the benefits of a nutritious snack like Skyr in a video, I would combine storytelling with AI-powered visual production techniques. First, I would use AI video generation and animation tools to present the Skyr product in a visually engaging way. The product container would be smoothly rotating at a perfect angle in a vertical frame, allowing viewers to clearly see the packaging and branding. During this rotation, the video would break the product down into vertical sections, visually highlighting the ingredients inside. Fresh fruits such as berries, along with the key ingredients mentioned on the product label, would appear around the yogurt to visually communicate natural nutrition, freshness, and quality.
