A successful training process, in my perspective, is well-structured, engaging, and results-driven. It should have clear objectives, high-quality materials, and effective teaching methods that cater to different learning styles. Can you provide an example of a time when you collaborated closely with a sales team to meet and exceed targets?

As now on WorldFit S.A. located in Guayaquil, Ecuador. I work closely with the sales team to identify and establish new points of sale. My approach involves in-person visits to different locations. During recent runs we tried exploring more Samborondon and in the course of a bi-week run I established contact with 15+ possible customers and close contract with 6 of them and currently on the talk with 3 of them.

How do you approach developing and executing outreach strategies to drive client engagement?

First, I adopt a structured approach that begins with the investigation and the segmentation of the possible clients, this is done to understand the needs and wants. This leads to set clear objectives and select the correct communication to each target audience. I personally believe that content creation comes by the hand in this case, in a general view most of small business owners are young and active on social media.
