What interests me most is how retail sales and operations connect a brand to real people. I like seeing how strategy turns into results and how good outreach, communication, and organisation help products reach the right stores and customers. With a consumer brand like BUNKY, it’s also exciting to learn how partnerships, data, and customer feedback all work together to grow awareness and sales. It’s a hands-on way to understand how a brand builds trust and presence in the market.

How do you stay organized when managing multiple contacts and follow-ups?
I keep things organised by using a simple system: I track all contacts and follow-ups in a spreadsheet or CRM, note key details from each interaction, and set reminders for next steps. I also prioritise by urgency and importance, so I’m always clear on who to reach out to and when. It helps me stay consistent and maintain good relationships without letting anything slip through.
