I’m most interested in the Chili Oil because it’s become really popular with college students and works with so many different foods, especially quick meals students actually eat like ramen, rice bowls, dumplings, and late-night snacks. I’d be excited to give feedback on the flavor, spice level, packaging, and how appealing it would be to students on campus.

Additionally, I was part of the committee for our annual Multicultural Awareness Dinner, one of the largest events on campus, where we helped review and test food options from different cultures to ensure high quality, authenticity, and a positive experience for students and guests.
