Describe a time you handled a challenging client communication.

In a previous project, I worked with a client who was unclear about content deadlines and kept requesting last-minute changes. To handle this, I first organized all project details into a clear timeline and checklist, so both the client and I had visibility on what was due and when. I scheduled a brief call to walk through the timeline, clarify expectations, and set communication guidelines for revisions. By keeping the conversation professional, structured, and solution-focused, the client felt heard and reassured.
