What excites me most about this internship at Robyn AI is the opportunity to apply both my technical and analytical background toward building more emotionally intelligent digital experiences. Do you have any experience with tools like SQL, Python, Excel, or analytics platforms (e.g., PostHog, Mixpanel)?
Yes, I have experience with these languages.
With Python, I built a machine learning model to predict life expectancy, leveraging libraries such as NumPy and Pandas, and integrating the results with Excel for further analysis and reporting.
I also learned and applied SQL in academic settings, using it to manage and query structured datasets.
In addition, I’ve worked with Google Analytics to analyze website traffic and user behavior for a startup business, helping to generate insights for improving engagement and conversion.

What are 2 consumer apps you love and why do you think they’ve gone viral or built strong user habits?
Two consumer apps I love are Sephora and Amazon.
Sephora has built strong user habits through an effective membership and rewards program. Its point-based system encourages repeat purchases by allowing users to redeem points for products, which in turn promotes future engagement. Additionally, the app’s clean, intuitive interface and smooth browsing experience make it enjoyable to use. Sephora also stands out as a successful beauty retail aggregator, offering a wide range of brands in one place, which adds to its appeal and convenience.
Amazon, on the other hand, has established a deeply integrated ecosystem through partnerships with external merchants, such as Whole Foods. These connections allow Amazon to provide cross-platform discounts and benefits, enhancing customer value beyond the app itself. Moreover, Amazon’s reliable delivery system and consistently fast shipping contribute significantly to its customer retention and overall popularity.
