I always arrange times for live meetings and set deadlines for different tasks. We always have shared workspace, at least google document tab or notion for every member to track their performance.
We have plans set for every month, week and day with specific desired outputs for every timeline.

Creating a series of episodes with main characters, their stories. I’ve seen this idea and it always works
