I follow a few accounts that review what the current trends are on Instagram. I read fashion and lifestyle magazines as well as Substack for a more in-depth understanding of the trend significance. Additionally, I also watch YouTube commentary videos on the significance of the trend and how we would be seeing it incorporated in real life by the average consumer. For example, at the moment, we are actively pushing for more offline activities, which is labelled the analogue era, and, as an extension of that, we are also seeing 2000s lifestyle aspirations come back in. Activities such as yoga focus more on being spiritually in tune and centred.
