UGC Campaign Creator for Medical Study App

How do you approach incorporating feedback into video content?

I see feedback as part of the creative process, especially for UGC where small changes can completely affect how natural or engaging a video feels.

Usually, I first try to understand the reason behind the feedback, whether it is about improving retention, making the hook stronger, explaining the app more clearly, or making the content feel more relatable to medical students.

Then I adjust specific parts of the video instead of changing everything at once. For example, I might shorten the intro, change the pacing, make the call-to-action feel more natural, or show the app in a more realistic study situation.

As a content creator, I am comfortable iterating quickly and testing different approaches because the goal is not just to make a visually good video, but to make content that actually connects with the audience and performs well.

What makes content authentic and engaging to medical students?

I think medical students connect most with content that feels honest and familiar to their actual routine. A lot of them are overwhelmed, tired, short on time, and constantly trying to keep up with huge amounts of information, so content works better when it reflects that reality instead of feeling overly polished or scripted.

As a content creator, I would focus on showing real study moments, like struggling through revision late at night, trying to simplify difficult topics quickly before exams, or finding better ways to organise notes and retain information. That feels more relatable than just listing app features.

I also think authenticity comes from speaking like a real student or friend rather than sounding like an advertisement. Medical students are very smart audiences, so they can tell immediately when content is forced or unrealistic.

From my experience creating structured educational and AI-related content, engagement increases when information feels practical and cognitively realistic. For example, content could show comparing handwritten revision vs AI-generated summaries, organising pathology topics using spaced repetition, reducing time spent searching through lecture notes, or using AI explanations to simplify difficult concepts before exams.
