I would ensure a comfortable environment for an easy discussion. I would be attentive to them. At MOVE Texas, I utilized interactive activities and open dialogue to teach those about voter registration for college students and new voters.

As Membership Director in a Diversity and PR organization, I provided constructive feedback, represented members' concerns, and offered team improvement suggestions. A big one specifically was how meetings were run and how it made members feel.
