What's an app or product you've introduced to your friends or community that's been adopted? How did you do it? How did you communicate what was special about it?
An app I introduced to my friends and community was Notion. At first, most of them hadn’t heard of it, but I showed how it could simplify both personal and group organization, whether that was managing assignments, planning trips, or tracking goals. I created a few easy-to-use templates and walked them through how flexible it was compared to other apps. What made the difference was communicating its value in relatable terms: I didn’t just say “it’s a productivity app,” I explained how it could replace multiple tools, save time, and make collaboration fun. Once they saw how it worked in practice, and that it could adapt to their needs—they quickly started using it themselves.

What's something really hard that you've overcome in the past?
One of the hardest things I’ve had to overcome was realizing that not everyone I considered a true friend had the same intentions toward me. I genuinely treated them as friends, supported them, and trusted them, but over time I discovered that some of them were not sincere and even betrayed that trust. It was painful, but it taught me resilience and perspective. Instead of becoming bitter, I learned to set healthier boundaries, recognize genuine connections, and not let negative experiences define how I treat others. That experience strengthened my ability to handle disappointment, rebuild, and keep focusing on the relationships and opportunities that truly matter.

Have you gotten a group of people to participate in a trend before? It doesn't have to be super viral.
Yes, I’ve led group participation in a trend before. For example, while working with a university club’s Instagram, I encouraged members to take part in a trending “day-in-the-life” Reel format. I created a simple structure, shared the trending audio, gave a few prompts for what to film, and set a posting window. It wasn’t about going viral, but it worked: multiple members joined in, which gave the page fresh, authentic content, boosted engagement, and highlighted the sense of community. It showed me that with the right guidance and a bit of coordination, people are happy to participate in trends when it feels fun and easy.
