Can you provide an example of a successful brand partnership or activation you have coordinated in the past?
While I haven’t yet coordinated a formal brand partnership, I understand the process and have experience in roles that required outreach, organization, and community engagement. For example, if I were promoting a wellness product, I would first research influencers whose audience aligns with the brand’s values, then build relationships by engaging with their content before pitching a collaboration. I’d ensure the influencer had creative freedom to present the product authentically, track engagement metrics, and maintain communication for potential long-term partnerships.

How do you approach building authentic relationships with influencers in the wellness and fitness community?
Following the influencer's content before reaching out, to understand their style, values, and audience. Mention specific posts or projects i liked so they know i'm genuinely paying attention.
Start by engaging and not pitching. I will leave comments throughout and share their posts or even reply to their stories.
Give them something they'd genuinely use or enjoy- free product, exclusive access, or any helpful content ideas.
Focus on the long-term. Check in after campaigns, share results, and keep the relationship going and most importantly celebrate their wins
