I stay calm, really listen to what they’re upset about, and try to find a solution that works for them. If I can’t fix it myself, I make sure they know I’ll get someone who can.

How would you describe your personal design style?
I’d say my style is adaptive, I don’t believe in imposing one aesthetic across all projects. Instead, I focus on understanding the brand’s personality and the story we want to tell, then I tailor the design accordingly. That being said, I naturally lean toward clean, modern layouts with a focus on typography and cohesive color schemes. My adaptability allows me to bring consistency while staying true to a client’s vision.
