If you were managing our TikTok account, what type of content would you post in the first 30 days to drive views and engagement?
I’d start by auditing existing content, competitors, and top-performing videos in the niche. I’d post short, native TikToks using trending sounds and formats to signal to the algorithm and gather data. This would include quick hooks, relatable content, and light trend participation to build early visibility. I’d introduce value-driven content such as tips, quick how-tos, or behind-the-scenes clips that humanize the brand. These would be fast-paced, authentic videos that encourage comments and saves. I’d lean into interactive content like reply-to-comment videos, polls, duets, and stitches. This helps build two-way conversation and increases watch time and engagement. Based on performance data, I’d double down on the formats and topics performing best. I’d refine hooks, captions, and posting times, and introduce stronger CTAs to convert views into followers and engagement. Establishing a consistent posting rhythm, identify winning content pillars, and create content that feels native to TikTok while aligning with the brand’s voice and goals.

I stay updated with social media trends by combining daily platform use with intentional research. I actively monitor trends directly on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and X by following creators, brands, and industry leaders. I also use analytics and trend-tracking tools to see what content formats, sounds, and topics are gaining traction. Beyond that, I follow trusted marketing newsletters and blogs, and I regularly test trends on a small scale to understand what actually performs with different audiences. Staying curious, data-driven, and willing to experiment helps me stay ahead instead of just reacting to trends.

What attracts you to digital marketing?
What attracts me to digital marketing is the mix of creativity and measurable impact. I like that every campaign is driven by data, but still requires strong storytelling and strategy. You can see in real time what works, adjust quickly, and directly influence growth. I’m especially drawn to how digital marketing lets you understand an audience deeply, test ideas, and continuously optimize for better results. It’s a fast-moving field, and I enjoy learning, adapting to new platforms and tools, and using them to create meaningful connections between brands and customers. I see digital marketing as a space where performance, innovation, and business goals come together, and that’s where I do my best work.
