What strategies do you employ to grow an organization's social media following and increase engagement with the audience?
I ask to see who the organization is gearing their products or page too and from there is do research to see what appeals to that demographic and why. Understanding what appeals to a person can help push content as well as products.

How do you adapt your social media strategy to target different demographics or international audiences?
I ask those around me what trends or posts interest them and after doing outside research I also have the opportunity to look at my friends socials to see what they like and are interested in and that helps.

Can you describe your process for developing a social media content calendar?
I take the first day to look at different videos, sounds, and trends to find what I relate to and what my peers would also relate to. On day two and three I record and edit and by day four I am posting and looking at stats to see how the content appeals to the crowd and my peers.
