I believe that posting as much as you can on tiktok and keeping up with trends is the best way to reach the target audience. As a college student I can say that we are in love with tiktok.

To me wellness means being the best version of yourself that you can be. I personally integrate it into my life by continuing my fitness journey and trying my best at all tasks that I am assigned.
