A customer left a negative review on a social media site. How do you respond to their review?
I would respond by first apologizing that they had a negative experience, and in the response to the comment, I would encourage them to message me privately so we could work out a way to fix their problem. If they did follow up and privately message me, I would treat them the same way I would treat a customer in-person.
