How do you create FOMO and social proof?
I will create FOMO and Social proof by building a genuine interest and trust on the brand. I will achieve this by: influencer endorsement, limit availability on certain drops, Highlight the popularity (share customers stories), and create user-generated content.

If a customer left a negative review how would you respond?
I would respond by first apologizing for the customer for his/hers/their bad experience. Afterwards, I would ask for information about what originated this review. Later, I will explain to them how we would proceed with the complaint. Lastly, We would offer a solution and thanking them for giving us feedback.
