Walk me through an automated email or DM flow you have built from scratch. What platform did you use and what did it trigger off of?

I built an abandoned cart email automation flow using Klaviyo.

The flow was triggered when a customer added a product to the cart but did not complete the purchase within 30 minutes. Once triggered, a sequence of emails was automatically sent.

The first email was a reminder email sent after 30 minutes, showing the product left in the cart with a call-to-action to complete the purchase. The second email was sent after a few hours and focused on social proof, including customer reviews and product benefits to build trust. The third email was sent after 24 hours and included a limited-time discount offer to create urgency and encourage conversion.

The flow also used personalization, such as displaying the exact products in the cart and optimizing send times. This automation helped recover lost sales and improve overall conversion rates.
