I think TONYMOLY should jump on the current TikTok trend of ‘Get Ready With Me’ (GRWM) but make it themed—like ‘GRWM for a K-Drama Date’ or ‘GRWM while Sheet Masking’. This trend is huge right now because it’s personal, visual, and lets influencers naturally showcase skincare as part of their routine.

Can you describe a time when you successfully increased brand awareness for a product or brand?

During a promotional campaign for a skincare brand, I was responsible for increasing brand awareness in a retail setting. I approached customers with a warm, personalized introduction and quickly identified their skincare concerns through simple questions. I educated them about the brand’s key ingredients and benefits, offered quick demos and samples, and highlighted what made the product unique—such as clean formulas and Korean innovation. I also created a visually appealing display with before-and-after images and encouraged customers to share their experiences on social media with a hashtag, which boosted online visibility. As a result, we saw a noticeable increase in foot traffic to our booth, higher engagement with the brand’s Instagram page, and a 30% sales increase during that promotion week
