I work as a Project Manager in a graphic design agency in Indonesia. I often receive multiple emails every day that I need to keep track of.
To solve this, I used the “Add to Tasks” feature in Gmail. I can add emails directly into tasks, set deadlines, and add notes for details. The task panel stays visible on the right side of the email, so I can monitor everything without switching tabs.
This helps me organize client requests and coordinate deadlines with designers more efficiently, ensuring each task is tracked and completed on time.
