I don't really like cold-pitching creators or my peers. Organic relationships are the way to go, so to do that I focus on human outreach. Using a structured system, everyone I interact with gets consistent communication, beneficiary alignment and a personal touch of connection. To me, they're partners and community.

How do you stay up to date with TikTok trends and online creator communities?
In order to analyze trends, I notice they originate mostly from Tiktok. Then I observe if they will move onto other platforms like Youtube, Twitter, or any other macro-level (?) apps. This is how I figure out if they become mainstream and then leverage on that.

Anything to grab the audience's attention quickly, but somehow deeply relates and humors them at the same time. I leverage a hook, a creative pitch and story-telling that will resonate with people's day-to-day life, and that is what mainly starts a community.
