What strategies do you employ to grow an organization's social media following and increase engagement with the audience?
Making the content more relatable to the followers and audience , engaging them , answering their queries on time ( basically good customer service through social media) , this would promote good service.

How do you adapt your social media strategy to target different demographics or international audiences?
Every person consumes different content. As said in the prev question I would direct each post to approach different niche so that there is something for every audience member and our followers grow rather than get bored with the content.

Can you describe your process for developing a social media content calendar?
I would not approach every day content calendar as that would result in a spam , but would prefer maximum 4 posts per week . I'd probably promote daily temporary and fun posts (like status on Whatsapp or story on Instagram) to keep the followers engaged.
